Privacy Policy — Wind Down: Bedtime Routine

What this app does

Wind Down: Bedtime Routine is an evening wind-down app. It helps you follow a guided bedtime routine, build your own evening steps, and track your consistency with streaks, a weekly overview, and a six-month heatmap. It runs entirely on your device — there is no account, no login, and no server.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect, and have no access to, any of the following:

• Your name, email, or any account information — the app has no accounts
• The routines, steps, check-in history, or streaks you log
• Analytics, usage tracking, or advertising identifiers
• Your location, contacts, photos, or any other device data

What's stored, and where

The app saves your routines, check-in history, reminder schedules, and preferences so they're there the next time you open it. This is stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device app storage — it is never transmitted anywhere, and we have no way to see it.

Reminder notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules notifications locally on your device. The notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) is used only for reminders you have turned on yourself. No information about them is sent to us.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. You can also delete individual steps from within the app, or clear the app's data at any time from your device's app settings (Settings → Apps → Wind Down → Clear storage/data).

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age — it doesn't collect information from anyone at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that does involve data leaving your device — this page will be updated and the change will be noted in the app's Play Store listing.
